In my journey to wellness, I’ve begun to collect a number of tools, tactics, guidance from healers, and inspirations that have helped me not only stick to my wellness goals, but to also gain a deeper understanding of how I can best live a happy and healthy lifestyle.
Remember, even though this is your personal journey, there are so many people and communities who hold wisdom and guidance that can help you. I’ve pulled together a few of the books, people, and tools I gravitate towards.
There is no singular way to seek health, wellness, and balance. Everyone should seek the tools that are right for them!
