Gabby – Spirit Junkie queen – has been my go to person for spiritual coaching. Admittedly, I had this book for YEARS before I was ready to get started.

Chakra Yoga by Alan Finger with Katrina Repka

This is one of my favorite books on yoga from a truly great Yoga teacher. Alan Finger has such a deep knowledge of yoga and how to enhance health and wellness. His guidance is transformative.
